Premium plywood for complicated and precise laser cutting projects, meeting all requirements of the manufacturers of laser-cut items.

SVEZA Uniplywood

Birch throughout unidirectional plywood with two cross plies featuring superior bonding strength of the long plies. SVEZA Uniplywood was created specifically for door manufacturers, and is used for making extra strong and stable door frames, lintels, and jambs.

Birch plywood throughout, pre-finished for painting and delivering a very smooth and hard-wearing surface when painted.

SVEZA Film-faced

High-quality birch plywood manufactured with WBP glue and overlaid with opaque thermosetting polymer film, for use in construction and vehicle manufacturing. Its surface resists moisture, wear, chemicals, mold and mildew.

SVEZA Flex Uncoated is flexible plywood with a wide adjustment range for use in the construction and lining of complex structures. It bends to any radius down to 0.3 m without extra treatment or force.

Innovative 100% birch plywood coated with several layers of special UV-cured material. Exceptional protection from weather and damage, and excellent concrete release properties. Special plywood solution for cast-in-place concrete construction.

Service solutions

Cutting of plywood

Straight cutting of plywood as per the customer’s specifications. Minimum cutting size: 25 mm, maximum cutting size: 3,300 mm.

CNC routing of plywood

Precision curved-line cutting and milling of parts as per the customer’s drawings. Our CNC routers process plywood sizes up to 4,000 mm x 1,900 mm, thicknesses up to 100 mm, and weights up to 200 kg.

Customized arrangement of veneer plies

Two options:
1. Adding strength along the sides of material
2. Custom core

Edge finishing

We create a wide range of joints from tongue-and-groove joints to chamfering, to grooves for drawer bottoms.
