Birch throughout unidirectional plywood for furniture components, delivering outstanding reliability and performance due to its uniform structure, accurate dimensions, and consistent strength properties from end to end. It has a much higher bending strength than softwood LVL.

Birch throughout unidirectional plywood with two cross plies featuring superior bonding strength of the long plies. SVEZA Uniplywood was created specifically for door manufacturers, and is used for making extra strong and stable door frames, lintels, and jambs.

Cutting of plywood

Straight cutting of plywood as per the customer’s specifications. Minimum cutting size: 25 mm, maximum cutting size: 3,300 mm.

CNC routing of plywood

Precision curved-line cutting and milling of parts as per the customer’s drawings. Our CNC routers process plywood sizes up to 4,000 mm x 1,900 mm, thicknesses up to 100 mm, and weights up to 200 kg.

Customized arrangement of veneer plies

Two options:
1. Adding strength along the sides of material
2. Custom core

Edge finishing

We create a wide range of joints from tongue-and-groove joints to chamfering, to grooves for drawer bottoms.
