General-purpose birch plywood with limited reuses (2-5 cycles)** for small concrete projects. Manufactured with the Oil Recycling technology.

Cutting of plywood

Straight cutting of plywood as per the customer’s specifications. Minimum cutting size: 25 mm, maximum cutting size: 3,300 mm.

CNC routing of plywood

Precision curved-line cutting and milling of parts as per the customer’s drawings. Our CNC routers process plywood sizes up to 4,000 mm x 1,900 mm, thicknesses up to 100 mm, and weights up to 200 kg.

Customized arrangement of veneer plies

Two options:
1. Adding strength along the sides of material
2. Custom core

Edge finishing

We create a wide range of joints from tongue-and-groove joints to chamfering, to grooves for drawer bottoms.
