Sveza announces appointment of new Chief Executive Officer

Sveza Group extends its sincere gratitude to Svyatoslav Sarson for his leadership and contribution to the company’s development during this transition period.
As CEO, Dmitry Kolchin will oversee all business units of Sveza Group, including the Panel (plywood mills), Resource (in-house harvesting operations), Pulp and Paper (Kama Paper Mill) Divisions, as well as the Packaging and Specialty Paper Divisions (MMPOF and Nevskiye Grani); and will continue to advance the company’s long-term development strategy, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, customer and people centricity, sustainable growth, and business diversification.
Born in 1985, Dmitry Kolchin holds two university degrees — in Chemical Engineering and Economics — and has completed an Executive MBA program as well as a specialized course at the London Business School. He brings extensive expertise in managing large industrial assets and holding structures, having previously led Orgsintez Group LLC, Khimprom PJSC, several enterprises of Sibur Holding PJSC, Waterfall Pro LLC, and others.
