The shareholders of Sveza express their sincere gratitude to Anatoly Frishman for his many years of dedicated service. Under his leadership, the company maintained its position as one of the leaders in the Russian forest industry, despite market volatility.

Svyatoslav Sarson, currently head of the company’s Panel Division, has been appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer of Sveza Group. The shareholders are confident that, despite the leadership transition, Sveza will continue to pursue its strategic goals aimed at improving efficiency and ensuring steady growth. Four Invest, LLC (St. Petersburg), whose founders include top management of Sveza Group, retains the controlling stake in Sveza Group, holding 51% of the company’s charter capital.

Svyatoslav Sarson graduated from the Moscow State University in 2002 with a degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics and received an MBA from the University of Antwerp in 2008. He has been with Sveza since 2013, having advanced from Plywood Mill Manager to Managing Director of the Panel Division.
