Sveza Group launches SVEZA Hexa, a new plywood with a wide range of applications

Sveza Group, a world leader of the woodworking industry, launches manufacture of a new product – SVEZA Hexa, 100% birch plywood featuring antiskid coating and hexa embossing in the form of regular hexagon. The product is designed for floors of light commercial vehicles, warehouse premises, childcare and sport facilities, scene and concert venues.
The regular hexagon (hexa) has a very interesting peculiarity: it is able to fill in any surface without overlapping and gaps. Hexa print for floor coatings ensures easy maintenance and aesthetic appearance when jointing floor elements. Besides, the product features high wear resistance and skid resistant properties that are especially necessary for floors of light commercial vehicles.Sustainability of company positions abroad is to a larger extent accounted by wide diversification of the product portfolio and customized approach to the clients operating in different markets. Sveza Group portfolio includes 14 proprietary plywood brands. These are special-purpose products that have been developed considering requirements of end users and have outstanding characteristics.
Thus, in 2018 the company launched SVEZA Laser designed for manufacture of flat punching dies, SVEZA Drawer designed for manufacture of drawers and other furniture components, SVEZA Toy – for toys and children furniture. Total product range of the company includes over 200 plywood sizes and thicknesses.

SVEZA Hexa is 100% birch plywood with antiskid coating and hexa embossing in the form of regular hexagon designed for light commercial vehicles and other applications – warehouse premises, childcare and sport facilities, scene and concert venues, where easy-to-maintain and decorative properties of the floor surface are a must.
SVEZA Hexa is manufactured in two colors – dark brown, which is traditional for vehicle floors (SVEZA Hexa Dark Brown) and black (SVEZA Hexa Black). Light Grey and Stone Grey options are available upon customer’s request.
The product features high wear resistance (300 – 600 turnovers in Taber Test according to EN 438-2:2016) and skid resistant properties (R10 according to DIN 51130), that are especially necessary for floors of light commercial vehicles.
