Sveza launches direct distribution

The new sales format is tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, DIY customers, retail chains, and all customers who value fast delivery, in-stock availability, and customized service. In addition to working with large-volume orders and established distributor partners, the company has now started selling birch plywood independently.
The key advantages of the direct sales model include guaranteed product authenticity (customers can be confident that they are purchasing original plywood manufactured by Sveza), and faster response to customer inquiries, as well as flexible handling of custom volume, packaging, and logistics requirements.
Products are shipped from Sveza’s warehouse in the Moscow Region, as well as directly from its plywood mills. Sales already span multiple regions of Russia, including the Central, Southern, and Northwestern Federal Districts. In some cases, deliveries have been made within 24 hours of initial contact. The company has also started distributing third-party products outside its core offering, such as millimeter-sized plywood.
“Sveza’s plywood is now available for direct purchase starting from just one bundle, with a guarantee of authenticity,” says Leonid Kruglov-Morozov, Head of Sales (Distribution) at Sveza. “We’re witnessing a market shift: customers are looking not just for materials, but for ready-to-use solutions. That’s why we offer not only plywood, but a complete service, including cutting, branding, and tailored logistics. For instance, we recently manufactured and delivered a bench made of 936 custom parts for the city of Sochi — completely turnkey, in just a few days!”
The distribution team is already working with over 50 active customers. The plans for 2025–2026 include expanding the company’s reach through the launch of external warehouses in St. Petersburg and southern Russia, as well as enhancing digital services. Upcoming features include electronic document management for retail partners, express payment deferrals, and a convenient product ordering system.
