Sveza makes it to top three of Russia’s Best Employers Rating 2023
Sveza Group placed at number two among the largest non-food companies in Russia’s Employers Rating 2023 by the online recruitment platform “HeadHunter,” with excellent scores in Corporate HR Processes, Employee Loyalty, and Employer Popularity.
More than 1,500 Russian companies made it to the 2023 rating of Russia’s best employers. Every participating company was evaluated using three independent evaluation scores: Employee Loyalty and Employer Popularity (the most weight), and Corporate HR Processes.
Once again, Sveza confirmed its reputation as an open and reliable employer. In the rating, Sveza was placed at number two among large non-food companies, after a steel and mining company.

“Russia’s Employer Rating is a very large and prestigious evaluation of a company’s performance in human resources. In 2023, Sveza rose to number 23 among Russia’s largest industrial companies, from number 37 in 2022. Out of almost 1,500 companies that made it to the finals, Sveza scored the second highest score among large non-food companies. We are very proud of that result, and we appreciate all those who voted for Sveza. It is an honor to be recognized by HeadHunter for our performance as an employer. On the flip side, we understand that the high position in the rating means higher expectations of our existing and potential employees,” says Irina Kazantseva, Organizational Development and Human Resources Director at Sveza.
At Sveza, employees are the company’s most valuable resource. Sveza Group regularly raises salaries and social payments to reflect the inflation and the best practices in the market. The company continues to implement an employee recognition system and employee learning and development programs.
